Dear Dan,
Thank you for sharing this! I am always hearing nuances and layers in Motown and Soul/R&B from this era in general. I am singer/songwriter heavily influenced by this music. Constantly studying it, listening to it, living life by it. What a sound of hope...I LOVE it! Seeing Jamerson and the "hook" playing right behind Marvin...oh, how I would have loved to have been a part of it somehow.
I can't wait to go get this!
